This year, we are proud to celebrate 10 years of our Heston and Cranford community holiday programme. Over the past decade we have offered more than 1500 free spaces to local families. We have also provided vital work and training opportunities for local young people. We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved together as a community and we feel lucky to have grown this project into the success it is today.

To ensure we can keep the project running for many years to come we have made the carefully considered decision to move to a paid model this year. Simply put, we must make this change in order to keep going.

Supporting our community remains our top priority. We will still support our most vulnerable families by providing 25 free HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) places, which you can access using your holiday activity codes if you are eligible. We will also continue to offer work, volunteering, and training opportunities to local young people.

We have worked incredibly hard to keep our new fees as low as possible. We are offering places at a very competitive rate, alongside discounts for siblings and block bookings. As a Community Interest Company (CIC), any profit we make will be reinvested directly back into future community projects to keep these offers running

Here is what is included with your child's place:

• Epic Sports & Movement: Football, tennis, dance, kids' yoga, dodgeball, badminton, obstacle courses and challenges.

• Wild Crafts: Messy painting, drawing games, pottery, slime making, mosaics and crafts.

• Calm Zone: Storytelling, books and LEGO for a relaxing recharge.

• Fresh Lunch: Healthy, hot meals with a selection of meat, vegetarian and halal options.

• VIP Care: Low staff ratios for maximum attention and safety.

Prices are as follows

• Single Day Pass: £22.50 per child, per day.

• 4-Day Block Booking: £80 per child (Save £10!).

• Sibling Squad 4-Day Block Pass: £76 per sibling (Save £14 per child—up to £56 per family!).

Important Booking Notes:

• Sibling discounts apply to 4-day block bookings only (up to 4 siblings max).

• Single-day bookings are standard price for all children.

• After submitting your booking form, you will receive an invoice.

• Payment must be made via BACS transfer within 48 hours to secure your space. Unpaid spots will be released for general sale.
